Herbal Infusion Direct of Use
Remove the outer packaging and place the bag containing the herbal tea in a saucepan.
Add 500 ml water. Bring it to boiling and simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain the herbal tea to get 1 cup of decoction.
Drink half cup in the morning and half in the evening (vice versa) Ideally 30 minutes after meal.
