2. Herbal-Inns Refund Policy
2.1Herbal mixtures and herbal products:
We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, i.e. where goods are not satisfactory quality or not as described.
Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if:
-You have simply changed your mind
-You have damaged the goods after you have brought them.
-You were aware of the defect before you brought the goods,
-You made a mistake when buying the goods or made a wrong selection.
2.2 Acupuncture/Acupressure or related treatments:
An initial interview and a completed registraton form are required for Acupunctre/Acupressure or related treatment.
Please be advised, unless there is a fundamental fault with the treatment, all customers leaving before the end of the course of treatment will be charged through to the end of the agreed treatments, in which case there would be no refund.
