Traditionally used for insomnia. It helps to calm and soothe nerve system. 

Ingredients:
Cortex Albizziae			
Caulis Polygoni Multiflori		
Radix Puerariae			
Radix Paeoniae Alba			
Rhizoma Dioscoreae			

Presentation: 60g x 7 bags of herbal mixture 

Directions of use: 
1.	Remove the out packaging and place the bag containing the herbal tea in saucepan. 
2.	Add 500ml water, boring it to boiling and simmer for 30 minutes. 
3.	Train the herbal tea to get 1 cup of decoction.
4.	Drink half cup in the morning and half cup in the evening (vice versa). Ideally after meal.
